Returns & Refunds
At Aquaherb, we are committed to delivering high-quality, clean, and carefully packaged products.
Due to the nature of our product (edible sea moss), we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to hygiene reasons, this product is non-returnable, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A defective item
• An incorrect product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, kindly share:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
• A replacement (preferred), or
• A refund (if replacement is not possible)
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Please note that timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior approval
• Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
