How to Prepare Sea Moss at Home

Preparing sea moss is simple and requires just a few steps.

Start by rinsing the dried sea moss thoroughly under clean water. This helps remove any natural ocean residue.

Next, soak the sea moss in a bowl of water for 12 to 24 hours. During this time, it will expand, soften, and change into a translucent texture.

Once soaked, transfer the sea moss into a blender. Add fresh water and blend until it reaches a smooth, gel-like consistency.

Store the prepared gel in a clean glass container and keep it refrigerated. It is best used within 10–15 days.

Sea moss gel can be added to smoothies, teas, or meals as part of a daily routine.

With just a few simple steps, sea moss becomes an easy and versatile addition to your lifestyle.

(Note : Since Aquaherb Sea Moss does not contain any preservatives, Prepare the gel in small Batches by using small amount of Raw Sea Moss at a Time.)
